The Doldrums

As we wait for final permits and inspections, not much is happening. Hopefully that will all be rectified by the middle of next week.

Stormy April Days

The new windows are all installed in the lower doors

The new concrete porch area is poured

A ramp to the deck is placed

Floodlights are in on the corners of the house

Uplighting on the beams will illuminate up to the peak of the roof

Electricity comes to the newly framed kitchen



Forget ladybugs, now guinea pigs have attacked!

Drywall finishing on the exterior walls continue

Mike puts sleepers down in the kitchen loft to level out the subfloor

The kitchen gets framed out to ease cabinet installation
